Focus: Local production, value addition, standards, circular economy, and EU-Kenya manufacturing partnerships.

Tax & Customs Advisory Committee
Lead: Nitram Advisory Limited
Focus: Providing expert input on tax policy, customs procedures, VAT, excise duty, and compliance challenges facing European businesses in Kenya. The committee supports constructive engagement with KRA, participates in policy reviews, and contributes to evidence-based advocacy (including through surveys and position papers).
Status: Active. Welcoming new members from tax, legal, logistics, and compliance departments.
Business Support & Expat Services Committee
Lead: ABC Expat
Focus: Addressing cross-cutting operational challenges such as work permits, visas, relocation, HR compliance, and administrative setup for European businesses and their expatriate staff. The committee also serves as a knowledge hub on practical aspects of doing business in Kenya.
Status: Active. Especially relevant for HR, legal, relocation, and advisory firms. New members welcome.
